Roulette comes from the French word for “small wheel”. According to one legend has it that Roman soldiers tipped their chariots over to between the campaigns as a diversion on the spinning wheel game play. American Roulette wheels are divided into 38 slots numbered 0, 1 and 00 through 36. The nulvakjes are green and the other 36 red or black. The dealer turns the wheel and one direction and tosses the ball in the opposite direction.
